Overview
Private Dhow Sail
A dhow is a traditional wooden sailing boat from the East African coast, low in the water, no motor. For this experience the boat is yours, no other group, no fixed route, no rush. You set off in the late afternoon when the light starts to soften. You sit, talk, take photos, watch the coast pass by, with local snacks and drinks on board. When the sun starts to drop, the light shifts from gold to amber, and the boat moves with the wind. It's less of an activity and more of a stretch of time, shaped by whoever you came with.
